Dustin Hinz is a force of will. Paraphrasing David Ogilvy, you don't see statues of committees in parks. They can only criticize. Individuals create. Dustin is a creator. When I was CMO at Guitar Center, Dustin drove the brand marketing, entertainment strategy, artist relations and media production. We were the only brand with a globally distributed television show, web series, syndicated radio show. We re-launched a brand identity, worked with the biggest artists in the world, tying them into cross media efforts that supported sales, produced TV spots in a ridiculously cost-effective and high-quality way, including a super bowl TV spot -- see the Questlove spot on YouTube. We were on the forefront of content strategy with have a million YouTube subscribers and billions of earned media impressions. None of this would have been possible without Dustin making something out of that blank sheet of paper. Highly recommended. And, you might have to fight me as I'd hire him again in a heartbeat if we were in the same geography.
